The Mason Leader can recruit a player into their secret club, as long as that player is a member of the village. They will wake up each night but once per game can choose a player to recruit. If that player is village-aligned, they will wake up together and know for sure that they are both village. If the Mason Leader chooses to recruit an evil player, such as a member of the Wolfpack, they will die.
Each night the Mason Leader will wake with their recruits. If at any point any of the masons stop being village-aligned (such as if they are shifted by a Shapeshifter they will no longer wake together.

New Player Advice
- The Mason Leader is a very powerful role as it allows you to 100% confirm one person in the game, and they can confirm you in return.
- Evil players can claim to be Masons as well so it doesn't clear the Mason Leader and their recruit to the rest of the players.
- Masons are strong deterrents to a Shapeshifter so evil players need to be careful when using this role
- It can be a good idea to hold off recruiting a day or two, so that you're not picking randomly and can choose someone you think is village.
Useful Notes
- The Mason Leader will only wake up on nights where the Wolfpack can kill, so in games where there is no first night Wolfpack kill, they will not wake up and will be unable to recruit.
