Gravedigger

The Gravedigger checks the corpse of any dead player - whether killed at night or by execution during the day. Upon checking the body the Gravedigger will see the exact role of the player - and is not fooled by the Scapegoat or anything else. The only time a Gravedigger fails is when their target has shifted by using the ability of the Shapeshifter. In this case the result will be an "empty grave".

New Player Advice

• The Gravedigger is powerful but usually doesn't have a lot of information for the first couple of days as there are no corpses to dig. Try to survive by not being too obvious you have a role until you get some information.
• Because the Gravedigger can see the exact role, and therefore if the village execute someone who has been checked by another power role as a wolf/killer, you can not only confirm that power role but reveal if the kill was successful or not.

Useful Notes

• Whilst the Gravedigger cannot be blocked by the Direwolf as they don't visit living targets, they can be blocked by any other source of Role-Block, if it's in the game.

Win Condition

This role wins with the Village

The village win by eliminating all evil players.

This role counts towards the Village when checking for Parity
