The Village or Town is commonly also called the 'good' team or the 'uninformed majority' in a game of werewolves. This team generally starts the game completely unaware of anything about the game other than their role, and possibly the overall setup. The objective of the Village in the game is to kill all the players who are Werewolves, and/or any other Evil factions that may be in the game.

Strategy

Most of the time, the Village team will comprise of a number of Vanilla villagers, who have no powers and a number of Power Roles, who will have various abilities to help detect, attack, or defend against the Evil teams. The Village must work together to combine any information they have gained along with general deduction to find the werewolves and vote them out of the village to remove them from the game.

Win Condition

The Village must kill all non-Village team players before parity is reached to win.
